Job Description

Embark on an exciting career as an Appointment Setter in the thriving B2B payment processing industry. In this role, youll be the vital link connecting local businesses with state-of-the-art credit card processing solutions that streamline their operations and boost their bottom line. Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients using our advanced VoIP system, aiming to set 30-40 quality appointments per week for our sales team
  
• Engage business owners in meaningful conversations about their payment processing needs, articulating the benefits of our solutions clearly and persuasively
  
• Demonstrate resilience and creativity in overcoming objections, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for appointment setting
  
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets
  
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, including detailed notes on client interactions and potential leads
  
• Perform crucial data entry tasks, including submitting deals and updating client information (particularly on Thursdays and Fridays)
  
• Continuously adapt to new software platforms and sales techniques, staying at the forefront of industry trends
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  
• Proven track record in B2B appointment setting or cold calling, preferably with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Strong objection handling skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced conversations
  
• Resilient and goal-oriented mindset, thriving in a target-driven environment
  
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, call tracking software, and willingness to learn new tools quickly
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity
  
• Flexible schedule availability, including potential for full-time hours as the role expands
