Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will take charge of full-cycle accounting functions including financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger reconciliation while ensuring adherence to international standards and deadlines. Youll play a key role in providing financial insights that support global operations.

Job Overview

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
  
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports
  
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
  
• Perform regular reconciliations for GL, AR, AP, and bank accounts
  
• Prepare tax returns and implement tax strategies
  
• Manage and oversee AP/AR processing and credit control
  
• Monitor and forecast cash flow; manage liquidity
  
• Coordinate audits and enforce internal controls
  
• Improve financial systems and train team members
  
• Communicate financial insights to stakeholders and management
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
  
• 4+ years experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an outsourced or multinational setting
  
• Proficiency in NetSuite; familiarity with Bill.com, Blackline, and 1099 is a plus
  
• Solid understanding of Accounting and AP functions
  
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency
  
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
  
• Experience with US companies is a bonus
  
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism
