Job Description

As a Product Onboarding and Adoption Specialist, you will own the end-to-end onboarding journey. From training users to optimizing adoption, your role is essential to ensuring clients unlock maximum value in record timecreating an exceptional user experience from the start.

• Lead and execute customer onboarding programs to ensure value realization within 6 weeks
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation including playbooks, training guides, and user resources
  
• Align all stakeholders with onboarding timelines, expectations, and deliverables
  
• Train and enable new users, ensuring active engagement within 2 months
  
• Build and execute strategies to increase product adoption across all customer segments
  
• Gather and analyze feedback to improve onboarding and training programs
  

Key Metrics:

• High NPS at onboarding
  
• Consistent new user activations per month
  
• Strong training session NPS
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 35 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Training/Enablement
  
• Proven experience creating customer-facing documentation and resources
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with clients
  
• Detail-oriented and customer-obsessed mindset
