Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Licensing and Billing Specialist with practical knowledge, deep understanding, and technical know-how in Microsoft 365 licensing. The ideal candidate will have experience applying these licenses and a background in working with the Microsoft billing team. If you dont have hands-on experience working directly with the Microsoft Billing Team, this role may not be the best fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 licensing for the organization.

- Ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements and policies.

- Provide technical support and guidance on Microsoft 365 licensing issues.

- Collaborate with the Microsoft billing team to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.

- Monitor and analyze licensing usage to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 licensing changes and updates.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to Microsoft 365 licensing and billing processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 licensing and billing.

- Practical knowledge and deep understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing models.

- Experience working with the Microsoft billing team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
