What Youll Be Doing

Be part of our clients team as a Mortgage Processor where youll manage end-to-end loan processingfrom organizing borrower documents to working closely with loan officers and third-party vendors. Youll keep the mortgage pipeline moving, clients updated, and systems in check.

What Youll Tackle Each Day

Loan Processing:

• Complete 1003 mortgage applications accurately
  
• Order and review credit reports, appraisals, title work, and employment verification
  
• Collect, verify, and organize necessary documents (income, assets, homeowners insurance, etc.)
  
• Monitor loan files and keep all parties updated on status
  

Client Vendor Communication:

• Act as a liaison between loan officers, clients, and third-party vendors
  
• Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed throughout the loan process
  
• Answer client questions and provide guidance on mortgage requirements
  

Administrative Marketing Support:

• Assist with email management, scheduling, and communication for company owners
  
• Manage social media posts and client newsletters to maintain engagement
  
• Keep internal systems organized for efficient loan processing
  

Requirements

What It Takes to Join the Team

• 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor
  
• Deep knowledge of mortgage concepts like LTV, DTI, and credit analysis
  
• Skilled at reviewing credit reports, appraisals, title work, and insurance
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  
• Experience with Floify and Lending Pad is a plus
  
• Basic understanding of social media and email marketing preferred
