Leading Destination Management Company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to maintain, develop and discover Product offerings for FIT, Groups and MICE requirements intrinsically linked with each step of the Customer Journey. Experience required: Experience within the inbound tourism industry MS Office and Tourplan Experience with contracting, product development Excellent knowledge of Southern and Eastern Africa products Excellent negotiation and relationship and skills Duties include: Increase profitability Negotiate, manage, and follow up of rates, overrides & brochure contributions Conduct robust and regular analysis of existing contracting processes Negotiate with suppliers best possible rates and conditions Actively research new products Establish, maintain and optimize a good relationship with suppliers Research properties and special offers Support the sales, systems and reservations teams with contracting requirements and queries |
