Job Description As an Appointment Setting Specialist, youll be the driving force behind our clients growth strategy, connecting essential services with businesses that need them most. Responsibilities Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to qualified business leads, focusing on scheduling free site inspections Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and connect with key decision-makers Manage the full pre-sales cycle, from initial contact through to inspection scheduling Coordinate with the field inspection team to optimize appointment routing and scheduling Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in the companys CRM system Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients across multiple sectors Gather and document valuable market intelligence and contact information Collaborate with the global marketing team to align calling strategies with digital campaigns Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates Contribute to the refinement of calling scripts and approach strategies The client has identified a contact list of nearly 400 scraped records, with a total of around 5,000 contacts in Victoria. They prefer a suburb-by-suburb approach for outreach. expects minimal time required for CRM updates but notes that some updates may be necessary. Working Conditions

Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
