Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description As an Appointment Setting Specialist, youll be the driving force behind our clients growth strategy, connecting essential services with businesses that need them most. Youll work with a modern tech stack and collaborate with a diverse international team while managing the crucial first point of contact with potential clients. This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a companys expansion phase, where your success directly impacts business growth. Youll master the art of professional communication while working with decision-makers across various industries, starting with the education sector and expanding into new markets. Responsibilities Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to qualified business leads, focusing on scheduling free site inspections Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and connect with key decision-makers Manage the full pre-sales cycle, from initial contact through to inspection scheduling Coordinate with the field inspection team to optimize appointment routing and scheduling Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in the companys CRM system Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients across multiple sectors Gather and document valuable market intelligence and contact information Collaborate with the global marketing team to align calling strategies with digital campaigns Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates Contribute to the refinement of calling scripts and approach strategies The client has identified a contact list of nearly 400 scraped records, with a total of around 5,000 contacts in Victoria. They prefer a suburb-by-suburb approach for outreach. expects minimal time required for CRM updates but notes that some updates may be necessary.
