(ECWI) is engaged in general construction specializing in design, construction project management, and including architectural, civil structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, sanitary works (MEFPS).The RoleYou will be responsible for : Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.Ensuring timely reporting of all monthly financial information.Managing internal and external audit requirements to ensure timely completion of annual statutory audits.Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.Compiling and reviewing financial information.Preparing financial forms, documents, and generate reports.Bookkeeping; monthly encoding of financial transactionsPrepares reports, schedules and supporting documentsLiaise with clients and stakeholders to gather the supporting documents and data necessary to prepare reconciliations and financial reportsEnsures administrative requirements to do the day-to-day activities are updatedHandles petty cash and reimbursement processingBIR Processing of 2303/2307Process payroll and reconcile payroll accountsManage accounts payable and ensure accurate recording of transactionsReconcile bank accounts and prepare intercompany invoicesPerforming other duties as required.Managing a team of 1-5 people.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 5 years experience within a Accounting Manager or Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Construction Waste Management industry.You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardWhat''s on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceWork alongside & learn from best in class talentAttractive Salary & Benefits |
