Summary

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing parcel progress, reviewing client data, and utilizing various software tools to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Track and trace of parcels in Progression
  • Analyze and review client data around lates / unattempted and provide response to Operations Lead
  • Utilize mapping software to support analysis of operational expansion opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a single source of truth of current delivery areas
  • Monitor and report on CS status packages
  • Monitor and report on aging report

    • Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Prior experience in a parcel delivery or logistics company is advantageous
  • Experience with Progression software for parcel tracking - Preferred
  • Proficiency in utilizing Horasphere for operational analysis - Preferred
  • Familiarity with mapping software such as Mapline - Preferred
