In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of document records by performing data entry in the LOS system, marking documents as received, and recording shipment dates to Investors. Your keen eye will be vital in identifying aged trailing documents currently outstanding with investors, and you''ll be the point person for follow-ups with Settlement Companies and Attorneys'' offices to obtain aged missing documents necessary for delivery to the Investors.Heres an overview of your future role:Employment Type: Full TimeShift: Night (Mon - Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM)Work setup: Onsite, MakatiWhat do you need to succeed?Proven experience in mortgage banking "loan level" is required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.Experience with Encompass preferred.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Outstanding customer service skills.Self-starter with a strong work ethic.What awaits you in this role?Receive incoming trailing documents through various mail sources, opens and preps for imaging, scans documents into LOS system, and identifies Investor on the loan for determination of mailing the trailing document to the investor.Perform data entry in LOS system marking document as received, and enter date shipped to the Investor of record.Pull reports from LOS system to identify the aged trailing documents currently outstanding with investors.Perform follow-ups with Settlement Companies and Attorneys offices to obtain aged missing documents outstanding for delivery to the Investors.Obtain Certified True Copies of Mortgage/Deed of Trust from County Recorder Offices and/or final Title Policy copies from Settlement Agents or Attorneys Offices when determined that the document has been lost or aged.Work with Investors, Internal departments, and Settlement/Attorney offices to cure defects found in the Mortgage/Deed of Trust or Final Title Policy, including re-recording if needed.Why choose us?Day 1 HMO coveragePrime office location (PNB Building, Makati)Direct exposure to international clientsRealistic career growth opportunitiesUpskilling through Emapta AcademyDiverse and supportive work environmentWho are we?Discover a world of possibilities atEmapta, where your career takes flight in stability and growth. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
