We are looking for a Splunk Admin Location : Metro Manila( Alabang, Taguig, Eastwood, Cubao, Mandaluyong, Mckinley) Work Set-up: Shifting/ Onsite Job Description: Splunk Admin Role involves deploying, configuring, and optimizing Splunk software to ensure efficient data ingestion, indexing, and search capabilities. Splunk Admins collaborate closely with various teams to understand data requirements, develop and implement data onboarding strategies, and create custom dashboards and reports to visualize insights. They are tasked with monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and availability of the Splunk environment. Additionally, Splunk Admins stay up-to-date with the latest Splunk features and best practices to continuously enhance the platform''s functionality and contribute to the organization''s data-driven decision-making processes. Key responsibilities of a Splunk Admin also include managing user access and permissions, implementing data retention policies, and working to scale the Splunk infrastructure to accommodate increasing data volumes. They play a vital role in maintaining compliance with data security regulations and industry standards, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and enhance system capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in scripting languages, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are essential for success in this role. Splunk Admins play a pivotal role in driving the effective utilization of Splunk as a powerful tool for extracting valuable insights from diverse data sources and contributing to the organization''s overall data strategy. Qualification: Experience in Splunk Deployment - hosting Splunk applications on cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure On-Premises Deployment Proficiency Proficient in creating and customizing dashboards in Splunk Data Analysis Skills Knowledge of user interface (UI) design principles Minimum of 1 year(s) of relevant experience in Splunk development Job Type: Full-time
