This role is vital in fostering long-term relationships and promoting client loyalty through knowledgeable service and support. Key Responsibilities: Assess clients'' insurance needs and risks, providing customized property and casualty solutions. Explain policy details, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and effectively. Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news, trends, and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies. Guide clients through the insurance application and claims process, facilitating a smooth experience. Achieve and exceed sales objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Maintain accurate client records and sales data within the CRM system. Requirements Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or a relevant role in the insurance field. Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and risks accurately. Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively. Proficient in insurance software and CRM tools.
