Business Continuity and Incident Management Specialist
Description Why choose Manulife?Competitive Salary packages and performance bonusesDay 1 HMO + FREE coverage for your dependents (inclusive of same-sex partners)Retirement savings benefitRewarding culture that values wellness and well-beingPerformance BonusGlobal network of industry expertsExtensive training resourcesKey Responsibilities:Supporting our business continuity management programs by participating in the design and implementation of customized organization continuity and disaster recovery plansDevelops strategies and plans to ensure the organization can continue running effectively in the event of an emergencySupport crisis response actions at an operational level during business disruptionMonitor day-to-day system activities to identify business impacts and provide leadership with updates and action plans based on criticality to effectively manage information, service, reputational, financial and operational risksQualifications:At least five (5) years of experience in the same role, in business continuity and/or risk managementExperience in developing and implementing recovery documentation including, but not limited to, business continuity plans, IT technical recovery plans, crisis management plans, and relevant documents such as vendor or employee call treesExperience in performing and organizing risk assessments and crisis management teamsAmenability to work in Quezon CityAmenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Access)Nice to haves:Strong exposure/knowledge of insurance/financial business (same industry as Manulife)Proficiency in Power BIAbout Manulife and John HancockManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services group that helps people make their decisions easier and lives better.
