Job Description Position- Graduate Engineer Trainee | Electrical Engineer Fresher | Electrical & Electronics Engineer Fresher Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level / Fresher Bachelors Degree (B.E./B-Tech) in Electrical Engineering , Electrical & Electronics Engineering , Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Electrical Engineer (Fresher) to join our engineering team. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic environment where you will receive structured training and exposure to various electrical systems, technologies, and real-world engineering challenges. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in electrical engineering principles and a keen interest in applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. You will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship of experienced professionals while contributing to the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing electrical systems, layouts, and schematics for industrial, commercial, or residential projects. Support the preparation of technical drawings, wiring diagrams, circuit layouts, and specifications using CAD tools and electrical design software. Conduct site visits to assist in installations, inspections, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems. Perform calculations for load flow analysis, short circuit studies, grounding, and voltage drops. Assist in the testing, troubleshooting, and fault-finding of electrical circuits and equipment. Research new materials, methods, and technologies to improve efficiency and reliability. Document project requirements, progress, and technical reports accurately. Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams such as mechanical, civil, and instrumentation engineers for project execution. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering , Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, circuit theory, and control systems. Knowledge of electrical design tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, or similar software. Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation (optional but preferred). Exposure to renewable energy systems such as solar or wind power (bonus). Understanding of electrical safety, earthing, protection systems, and energy efficiency concepts. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Time management and multitasking capabilities. Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
