This is Contract Position

Role & Responsibilities :

• Work with Application teams to troubleshoot cloud resources issues.
• Work with Engineering Team to develop better solutions for the customer.
• Evaluate existing infra Identify gaps functionally, technically, highlight them and have it addressed.
• Manage cloud environments in compliance with the organizations security policies.
• Explore automation possibilities in the infra and have it implemented.
• Perform Disaster recovery and configuration management tasks.
• Should be able to manage AKS clusters.
• Knowledge and experience in Cloud infrastructure/services and delivery models, storage concepts, networking basics, etc.
• Knowledge in IT service management and corresponding ITSM procedures and policies
• Documented understanding of ITIL processes, SOW's, Affidavits, Agreements, SLA's and KPI's, cost of service, and Risk and security.
