What Youll Achieve:
We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ginesys One - OMS product. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.
You will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the OMS product.
• Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Validate integrations with courier partners, courier aggregators, and external ERP/POS/WMS systems.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews to understand the codebase and identify potential issues from a quality perspective.
• Create and maintain test documentation / regression suite, including test cases, test data, and test results.
• Assist in user acceptance testing and provide support during product releases.
• Utilize SQL queries for data validation and to ensure data integrity within the system.
• Contribute to the automation of test cases.
• Stay updated on industry best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

• 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL) and APIs.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in the e-commerce field, particularly with inventory and order management systems.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of API testing and integration testing.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
