Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications and web pages using the Laravel framework. The role focuses on building high-performance digital platforms that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, supporting the company's digital growth strategy in the financial service sector.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years
• CTC: 4 to 6 LPA

Responsibilities:

As a Laravel Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and APIs using Laravel and related technologies.

• Design and develop fully responsive, user-friendly, and dynamic web pages using the Laravel framework.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience and optimize page layout.
• Integrate Laravel back-end logic seamlessly with front-end technologies.
• Develop reusable components and modules for web page templates.
• Ensure all web pages follow SEO best practices and are optimized for speed and performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across web pages through standardized design elements and CSS frameworks.
• Manage cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
• Implement real-time data updates and interactivity using JavaScript.
• Ensure web page accessibility, W3C compliance, and responsive design standards.
• Conduct page testing, bug fixing, and troubleshooting to ensure quality control.
• Optimize and refactor legacy web pages to align with current standards and frameworks.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to launch promotional and landing pages quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and MVC architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js or React preferred).
• Experience with Git version control and API development.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (payment gateways, SMS/email services, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• UI / UX will be an added advantage.
