Prior hands-on techno functional experience in FISERVs Dovetail payment hub solution (most preferred), or Finastra GPP

Minimum 8 years of practical experience in Client-facing positions, implementing, configuring, and supporting software solutions including practical involvement in scoping and analyzing clients' needs, defining and designing solutions based on specific client needs, converging on the target solution in agreement with the client as well as supervising (if not directly contributing to) implementation, testing and post go live support.

Ability to work with minimal supervision as an individual contributor or lead a small team of functional consultants in context of a project.

• In-depth knowledge of FISERV Dovetail payments HUB product and services and financial services industry
• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end systems development life cycles, (e.g., Agile, waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies)
• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology
• Knowledge of application architecture, familiarity with cloud hosting a plus.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language (UML), use cases, etc.
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

Preferred Experience:

• Intermediate Treasury, Cash Management and Corporate Finance knowledge
• Banking Connectivity (SWIFT, EBICS, etc.)
• Messages Formats (ISO20022, SWIFT MTs, SEPA, ACH, Country Specific)
