Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of cutting-edge electronic hardware systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in PCB design, system architecture, and hardware bring-up. As a senior team member, you will play a critical role in shaping product direction, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring robust and scalable hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hardware development including schematic design, PCB layout oversight, component selection, and system integration.
  
• Architect and implement hardware systems for complex products involving digital, analog, RF, and/or power electronics.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using lab instruments and automated test systems.
  
• Drive DFM/DFT considerations, design reviews, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., EMC, safety, thermal).
  
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support prototyping, testing, and production.
  
• Maintain up-to-date documentation including BOMs, design files, and test procedures.
  
• Mentor junior engineers and review their designs for performance, reliability, and quality.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development, including full product lifecycle.
  
• Expert-level proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using tools like EasyEda, KiCad, Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar.
  
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal/power integrity, and analog/RF principles.
  
• Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, UL, etc.).
  
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for embedded systems, IoT devices, or consumer electronics.
  
• Background in FPGA-based or microcontroller-based system design.
  
• Understanding of thermal management, enclosure constraints, and mechanical integration.
  
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced startup environments.
