5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Pune Role description Job Summary: Maintains an open, mutual and respected relationship with clients, stakeholders and team members. Should be ready to do hands on development along with team and help them if they stuck. Helps the other team members to follow the defined process, and contributes to process improvement efforts Identify the best practices and implement it in the project. Define design, coding in automation test cases and deployment standards with the help of Architect and ensure the team members are following the same. Conduct formal and informal technical reviews, Sprint demos, Product reviews, code walkthroughs and other software engineering related quality control activities. Provide guidance to team members on different technical aspects like new tools and techniques, best practices, emerging technologies, change control, security, and Software licenses. Design and develop software programs in accordance with the defined software engineering processes, customer requirements and internal standards. Conduct appropriate verification and validation of software system against their design criteria, functional and performance requirements. Understands the clients business strategy and objectives as it relates to the product being developed; taking all the actions required to meet or exceed clients expectations. Communicates effectively within the team and with all stakeholders by providing high-quality visibility into planned and actual deliverables. Proactively communicates feedback and issues to the client and works with appropriate individuals to do so Collaborates with senior team members (EM/TM) to communicate project risks to client. Has deep knowledge on programming language, on both frontend and backend Ensures product quality through effective monitoring of quality trends, test automation, defect tracking and root cause analysis Optimizes delivery, meet deadlines, and deliver results Participates in candidate interviews and talent management Collaborating with development teams to ensure efficient execution of projects. Experience and skills: Minimum 4 to 7 years of hands-on automation using automation tools like TOSCA for automation testing Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Web Service testing, Front-End UI automation, and Backend Database Testing. Knowledge of software development, design patterns, release process, test methodologies Good with unit testing frameworks (Tosca, JUnit, TestNG, or similar) Aware of framework concepts Exposer to test automation tools (Tosca or Selenium) Experience in cloud integration tools for proficiency with Rest and SOAP API testing (Rest API, or SOAP API) Familiar with Builds and Continuous Integration good to have some knowledge of Cloud Technology AWS Experience working with source control tools (GIT, TFS, or SVN) Contribute to version control and integrate changes in pipeline release Strong Logical reasoning Good work ethic Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Skills Tosca Automation,Tosca,Api Test About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
