| The main activities of this role will include:IT function experienceSupport delivery of the Strategy Innovation communications plan by planning and developing targeted communications to a wide range of stakeholder groups.Develop high quality communications, reports and presentations and assist in the delivery of engagement and learning events.Advise and support effective communication of initiatives to the broader business to raise awareness of the Technology RD portfolio.Maintain content on the knowledge management and collaboration platforms leveraged by the Strategy Innovation teamAbility to work effectively and build relationships with people in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment.Demonstrated experience managing and maintaining Sharepoint and other knowledge management and collaboration platforms.The following are the criteria your candidates will be assessed against:Previous experience and understanding of BHP business and operationsFamiliarity with Mining and Mining systemsProven track record in the successful delivery of similar projectsAbility to collaborate effectively in a multi team cross functional environmentAbility to pro-actively contribute to the operation of the team and team processesAbility to absorb and maintain a vision over numerous inflight activities in a diverse project landscapeAbility to engage multiple stakeholders and negotiate outcomes to support business objectives.Experience with the full systems development lifecycleAbility to create documentation and participate in activities across the full systems development lifecycle |
