About the role

The main role is to be the primary mechanic for the Flexihire Moranbahbranch. Ensuring the prompt service, repair and maintenance of all equipment, run and oversee the mechanical operations of the entire modern workshop.It''s not just mechanical work, rather taking ownership of the workshop, liaising with other staff, customers andensuring equipment is well presented and reliable.

To Succeed
To succeed in this role the main attribute will be energy and a willingness to help the customer and help your team mates.
  • Proven mechanical troubleshooting acumen
  • Upbeat nature and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Excellent level of Customer service
  • An understanding of industrial equipment with both diesel and petrol engines
  • Adopt and comply with a high level of safe work culture within our business
  • Forklift licence will help but not mandatory
  • Current drivers licence. MR Truck licence highly desirable
  • Great communication skills team spirit
