Job Skills / Requirements Internal Posting Date : May 1st 2025 Internal Closing Date : May 7th 2025 External Closing Date : May 23rd 2025 This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing long-term partnership opportunities that align with Paladin's mission to deliver industry-leading security solutions across South Western Ontario.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-first professional who excels in long sales cycles and can demonstrate success in cultivating partnerships that drive multi-year revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting • Identify and initiate partnership opportunities through outbound outreach, strategic networking, industry events, and referrals. • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners across commercial real estate, institutional, infrastructure, and property management sectors. • Use both self-generated efforts and marketing-qualified leads to build long-term opportunity funnels.

• Maintain a funnel of active clients in both a revenue generating state and those that present future opportunities for revenue. Partnership Development & Sales Execution • Create and execute territory-specific partnership development plans that align with company growth goals. • Lead the full partnership lifecycle: initial discovery, proposal development, pricing strategy, RFP submissions, contract negotiations, and onboarding. • Manage long sales cycles of 12-24 months, demonstrating persistence and patience while adding continuous value to prospects.

Client & Partner Relationship Management • Build consultative, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including executives, facility managers, and procurement professionals. • Act as the key point of contact throughout and after the sales process, ensuring a seamless handoff to operations and sustained client satisfaction. • Regularly assess opportunities for renewal, expansion, and cross-sell within existing partnerships. • Stay in touch and continue relationships with our valued clients.

Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, industry shifts, and buyer challenges to evolve Paladin's value proposition. • Work in collaboration with marketing to tailor messaging and content for different verticals and regions. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Training Departments to ensure proposals are operationally viable, financially sound, and compliant. • Participate in internal planning sessions to ensure alignment between business development activities and service delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or sales-preferably in a service-based industry (e.g., security, janitorial, facility services). • Proven ability to close complex, long-term partnership deals with measurable revenue outcomes. • Demonstrated ability to handle sales cycles of 3,12 and 24 months in duration.

• During the interview process, must be able to show past success in driving long-term relationships that led to significant revenue growth. • Strong consultative sales skills with experience selling to C-suite executives and multi-stakeholder buying groups. • Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Close, or HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting tools. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities both virtually and in-person.

• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly throughout South Western Ontario. • Legally Authorized to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications • Experience responding to public or private sector RFPs. • Familiarity with the security industry and operational models. • Knowledge of key verticals such as commercial property management, healthcare, education, and government.

• Well-established professional network within South Western Ontario business communities. Location & Travel Requirements • Candidate must be based in South Western Ontario (London, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, Guelph, Hamilton) • Hybrid Model, Work from 3-4 branches in assigned area weekly & 1 work from home day per week. • Travel across the assigned customer base is required , including: • In-person client meetings and site visits • Regional and GTA-based trade shows (ASIS, BOMA etc) • Local board of trade and chamber of commerce events • Industry networking functions and community engagements • Fuel reimbursement is provided for all business-related travel. What Success Looks Like • Consistently meets or exceeds assigned revenue and partnership development goals.

The Dietitian provides competent, safe, and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities, and applies the principles of evidence-informed practice to achieve effective outcomes related to their participation in valued activities. Through clinical assessment, treatment planning, recommended interventions, and follow up, the Dietitian contributes to the fulfillment of the overall plan of care developed by the interprofessional team and informed by the person's personal goals for care.
This position consists of 4 days per week in Community, 1 day per week Long Term Care

Primary Care Networks are partnerships between the Divisions of Family Practice representing BC's family physicians, the regional health authorities, the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) and local community partners, along with other community providers such as nurse practitioners. All partners are working together in their local communities and collectively to redesign B.C.'s primary and community care system so that it works better for patients and health-care providers.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:30 to 16:30

Qualfications
• Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics.
• Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program (or equivalent acceptable to the facility).
• Registrant of the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a health care environment or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
• Practice specific requirements and experience in programs such as: Diabetes Education, Nutrition Support, and Kidney and Chronic Disease Management Programs.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
