Supervised by the Office Manager, this team operates in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the community. As a relatively new team, we offer a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where each member plays a crucial role in the effective delivery of services. The Role In this role, you'll assist with referrals to community agencies and other programs, support social workers with court documents, and provide crucial information to families about procedures. You'll handle telephone calls, greet visitors, and connect them with child protection workers, serving as the first point of contact for the general public. Your role is vital in shaping how the office is perceived and ensuring that the needs of children and youth are met with the highest level of service provided by MCFD.
