We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our team for ongoing projects. If you are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and have a strong background in Laravel development, we?d love to hear from you. What We Expect from You As a key member of our team, you will: - Develop and maintain robust web applications using Laravel. - Work extensively with APIs and database management (we use MongoDB). - Follow best coding practices and contribute to code quality through automated tests. - Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring smooth application performance. - Work collaboratively through Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code reviews. What You Need to Know Before Applying Our interview process is highly technical. You will be required to: - Review and analyze existing code to explain its purpose and functionality. - Debug an API and describe your troubleshooting approach. - Demonstrate Git proficiency (branching, merging, rebasing, resolving conflicts). - Answer database-related questions (e.g., What is an index?). - Understand and implement Automated Testing in Laravel. - If you do not meet these requirements, this role is likely not the right fit. Work Expectations - This is a full-time engagement (40 hours per week). - During working hours, you must be available for pair programming and discussions. - Your work will be evaluated based on code quality, bug resolution, and time to delivery. - All tasks will be tracked, and we expect full focus on our projects Mandatory Application Requirements To be considered, you must provide: - Your Resume & Cover Letter ?
