Our letter clearly states that the client may qualify for a non-medical, mortgage protection product. We will pay off the mortgage in the event of their death or even make the mortgage payments in case of a disability or critical illness. Clients interested in our product will personally fill out our questionnaire and then mail it back to us.</p> <p>I am looking for the right individual who will take the returned letters, call the homeowner and set up an appointment to sit down with them at their home for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits their budget.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Absolutely, no cold-calling!</strong></p> <p>Typical&nbsp;payment is $550.00 per family you protect. The average full-time underwriter will sell between 4 to 7 mortgage protection plans a week. You will be contacting qualified buyers!</p> <p>Additionally, our company offers Fixed Indexed Annuities and Indexed Universal Life Policies for clients wanting to protect and grow their retirement savings. Our training is comprehensive and you will be mentored every step of the way.</p> <p>I&#39;m looking for an entrepreneur, the goal based individual who wants to build their own agency. If you are willing to devote yourself to developing the leadership skills necessary as a manager, your income potential for this position is unlimited. Many of our managers have a passive income and will have it for life.<br /> &nbsp;</p> <p>You are required to obtain and maintain a state life insurance license. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
