| <p><strong>Mortgage Loan Underwriter – Remote (KS, MO, KY, WV, VA, TN, IN, OH, IL)</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>Compensation Range</strong><br /> $80,000 - $100,000 annually + OT<br /> <br /> <strong>About the Role</strong><br /> Our client is looking for an experienced mortgage underwriter to support both wholesale and indirect mortgage origination channels. Preference will be given to candidates in the regions where the client has a brick and mortar presence, but the role is remote. The client is a top 50 VA mortgage originator they additionally originate is a good blend of FHA, Conventional and Jumbo as well. Candidates currently in a Jr. underwriting role that want to work toward their DE / SAR are welcome, along with those that already have the background. Our client offers a competitive compensation plan to match the experience level of the candidate. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, overtime and benefits.<br /> <br /> <strong>About the Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least two years of current underwriting work history is required</li> <li>High school diploma is required; other education is preferred</li> <li>Stable job history</li> <li>DE/SAR is great but not required</li> </ul> |
