The Role

  • This job is for a functional team lead to join our existing global HRIS group, supporting the maintenance and further development of our Oracle HCM Application both as an individual contributor and coordinating the activities of other resources.
  • A successful candidate will be required to work out of our Mandaluyong, Manila office. Flexibility to align where possible to have overlap with EMEA and Americas team members will also be important.
  • The role will involve working independently and as part of a team to solve production issues raised by the business, work on changes to the system and work on project deliverables as larger areas of Oracle are deployed.
  • Activities may include: Security Role Design, Requirements gathering, investigation and research, document writing, configuration, demonstration, testing, deployment, mentoring, training.
  • University Degree. Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

Business Experience

  • Candidate should have experience managing a small team and their work prioritization and distribution, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
  • Candidate should have experience mentoring junior resources.
  • Candidate should be experienced writing Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks and Test Documents.
  • Candidate should have experience with the requirements to release cycle.
  • Candidate should be used to working with business representatives to understand issues and requirements both in person and remotely.

Module Experience

  • Candidate should have implemented or supported the ongoing configuration/development of Oracle HCM with at least two lifecycles.
  • Candidate should have detailed level of knowledge of Core HCM. With knowledge in at least one of the following additional modules beneficial; Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labour, Compensation Management, Talent Management.

Functional Technical Skills

Must have knowledge:

  • Core module configuration.
  • Core HCM transactions and general functionality.
  • Building Custom Security Definitions (Job, Data and Abstract roles) to meet business requirements.
  • Configuration of Work Structures.
  • Definitions of DFF, Common Lookups, Valuesets.
  • Configuration of Salary Basis, Elements, Payrolls
  • Should have knowledge of at least 2 of the following: Redwood, HDL, Personalisation (VB Studio, Design Studio, Page Composer) BIP/OTBI, Journeys ODA

Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
