Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3 years + Experience in Digital Marketing or relevant.
  • Strong technical and marketing skillset, with experience in website management, CRM systems (HubSpot), and digital advertising.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency and improve digital workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and campaign messaging.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or medical industry marketing.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment or medical industry marketing is an advantage but not essential.

What will you do?

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing our website, HubSpot CRM, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, candidate attraction, and client engagement. This role requires a balance of technical and marketing expertise, as well as proficiency in AI tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

The key focus areas include:

  • Managing and maintaining our website (updates, new pages, job postings, blogs, and SEO improvements).
  • Overseeing and optimising our HubSpot CRM (intermediate skills required).
  • Designing and implementing digital campaigns to increase engagement with candidates and clients.
  • Leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance marketing and operational processes.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company by enhancing our online presence and maintaining a strong brand identity in Australia and international markets.

Website CRM Management

  • Regularly updating and improving website content, including new job postings, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Implementing SEO strategies in collaboration with our external provider and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
  • Managing and optimising HubSpot CRM, ensuring effective use of automation, segmentation, and data management.
  • Handling routine website administration tasks, such as updating outdated content, fixing broken links, and ensuring all job postings are accurate and up to date.

Marketing Campaign Development

  • Creating and executing email marketing campaigns targeting candidates and clients.
  • Developing strategies for candidate attraction and engagement through digital channels.
  • Writing and publishing content for our blog and website to enhance our industry presence.
  • Designing and managing paid and organic social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and our brand.
  • Supporting team members with candidate and client database management to improve communication and outreach.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, harassment, ethical standards, and organisational policies.
  • Identifying and reporting risks that could impact the business, candidates, or clients.
  • Contributing to business strategy discussions, goal-setting, and performance improvements.
  • Providing input into new digital tools, AI-driven processes, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Supporting Responsibilities (These are important but not the primary focus of the role.)

  • Overseeing organic social media management to maintain visibility in key markets.
  • Developing and implementing targeted paid social media campaigns for specific recruitment needs.
  • Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required by the Director or other leadership team members.
