Job Description
Position Overview
Were looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is design-focused (80%), with marketing support (20%), ideal for someone whos passionate about visual storytelling but also brings strategic thinking and organizational skills to support wider marketing efforts. You''ll be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while supporting campaign execution, social media management, email marketing, and stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced, brand-driven environmentparticularly within the construction, industrial storage, and recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (80%)
  • Design and develop marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and advertisements.
  • Create cohesive visual assets aligned with brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Support multimedia projects including photography, video editing, and motion graphics.
  • Manage digital assets and ensure consistency across platforms (website, email, social).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
  • Optimize creative workflows using AI and emerging tools.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology to continually enhance output and efficiency.
  • Maintain brand standards for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Marketing Coordination (20%)
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Database creation and cleaning
  • Set up and schedule email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp or Klaviyo.
  • Create and schedule social media content and track engagement in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Help maintain website content and publish blog posts using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Webflow).
  • Conduct basic market research and assist in organizing event collateral and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including stakeholder follow-up and database updates.

Requirements

Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design; marketing coordination experience is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Illustrator and InDesign; Photoshop proficiency preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capabilities.
  • Experience designing for social media, web, and email with a good understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with search ads (AdWords) highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in working within construction, industrial storage, or recruitment industries is highly valued.

  • Work Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (AEST) | 6:30 AM-3:30 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
