Description :Key Responsibilities: Responsible for data entry of transactions with utmost attention to quality and quantity Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors Render overtime work on a daily basis during high volume week Qualifications: Bachelor''s Degree holders are welcome to apply At least one year of claims experience for a healthcare or financial account for undergraduates Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves: Experience in medical adjudication, claims processing, data entry, and back-office support Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) About Manulife and John Hancock Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services group that helps people make their decisions easier and lives better.
