Nomadix Inc., now a part of ASSA ABLOY Vingcard, is excited to announce its search for an Order Processing/Reporting Analyst who will report to the Head of Ops Project Management.

DETAILS ABOUT THE ROLE:

Main Purpose:

  • Receive & process purchase orders, enter sales orders and following through to billing. Working as part of the team to process orders from Nomadix distributors/resellers.
  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    Primary Duties

  • Enter high volume of hardware and software customer purchase orders into Salesforce and invoice/CMs in Accounting Seed software.
  • Work with logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Work with technical support department, RMA, licensing questions and some order processing issues.
  • Daily use of company License Key Server (LKS) to process orders.
  • Retrieve orders and invoice in multiple customer portals (Ariba/Sap and OpenText Portals)
  • Enter and process shipment requests via Jira tickets.
  • Attend weekly Zoom meetings, respond to internal request via slack, use of fulfillment center portals.
  • Learn and adhere to evolving order processing policies and procedures.
  • Follow up on customer billing inquiries, lead times and pricing issues.

  • Technical Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an order processing & ad hoc reporting position.
  • Minimum of 3 years using Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of Gmail, google docs and sheets.
  • Proficient with MS Office software: Excel/Word/Access/Outlook
  • Familiarity with Confluence & Jira a plus
  • Experience Level:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Order Processing & Billing support position.
  • Minimum of 3 years using Salesforce including experience with Account Management, Order Entry & ad hoc reporting.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor of Science/Arts or equivalent is desired.

    Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
    MUST HAVE:

    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
    Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
    12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
    Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
    Professional Engineer License
    Proficient in Microsoft Office
    Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
    Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
