Salary: P110,**,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday Friday (09:00AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of solid experience as an IT Project Manager in a global operation/environment.
  • Proven understanding and experience in planning, developing, integrating, and implementing digital technology, preferably within higher education.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to lead digital impact assessments and risk mitigation to optimise business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate teams to achieve successful outcomes, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships both within and outside the organisation.
  • Extensive experience working with vendors or commercial agents, with a solid understanding of procurement and contract management using GITC frameworks.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of guidelines, best practices, and operating principles aligned with frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL , COBIT, NIST CSF, Agile, TOGAF, PRINCE2, DEVOPS, and Six Sigma.

    • Nice to Have:

  • PM related Certifications/Frameworks such as: PMP, Agile Scrum, ITIL , PRINCE2, Six Sigma, COBIT, NIST CSF,TOGAF, DEVOPS, etc are highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation and a proven track record of delivering impactful digital projects
  • Extensive experience and strong analytical skills, ideally (and not mandatory) with expertise in student information systems, research management systems, and enterprise resource planning systems.

  • Lead the implementation and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they align with clients strategic goals, business needs, and timelines.
  • Identify major project risks and work with stakeholders to manage and mitigate these challenges.
  • Oversee the integration of Business and IT requirements to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions.
  • Thrive on leading the successful development and delivery of digital projects, perfectly aligning them with our clients strategic plan.
  • Expertly manage project resources and budgets, ensuring every objective is met, guided by project Steering Committee.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting the seamless adoption of projects.
  • Understand and interpret complex business needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Emphasize integration, risk management, and quality assurance, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of every solution.
  • Act as the go-to person for all assigned project-related matters, lead the development, making a lasting impact on clients digital landscape.
