BIM Specialist

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. BIM Implementation and Management:

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEPs) and workflows.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring compliance with company standards and project requirements.

1. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM across disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues within the BIM model to optimize project coordination.

1. Modeling and Documentation:

• Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and other deliverables from the BIM model as needed.

1. Quality Control and Standards:

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and company-specific guidelines.
• Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to maintain accuracy and consistency.

1. Training and Support:

• Provide training and technical support to project teams and other stakeholders on BIM tools and workflows.
• Act as a resource for troubleshooting BIM-related issues.

1. Innovation and Development:

• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies, practices, and trends.
• Recommend and implement improvements to BIM processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ideal Profile

Requirement:

• With minimum 2 Years REVIT project experience for Architectural Works.
• Must have hands-on experience with high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments and residential projects.
• Must present a portfolio previous works with detailed work in REVIT
• Active participation and engagement in virtual project meetings
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a dedicated workspace for the WFH set up
