Job Description Operate and maintain photolithography and ion beam etching equipment Conduct process monitoring, troubleshooting, and data-driven analysis Assist in process improvement, development, and automation projects Support digital transformation initiatives within the engineering team Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety protocols Collaborate across departments including RD, automation, and equipment teams Qualifications Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of microfabrication, lithography, and etching processes Familiarity with vacuum systems, thin film technologies, and surface analysis Exposure to digital tools, AI applications, or automation projects during college (e.g., smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, data visualization) Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is a plus Proficient in using data for process control and optimization Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Other Qualifications: Recent graduate in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or similar Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and shifting schedule, if required Highly collaborative with strong communication and documentation skills Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and digital technologies Additional Information Important Reminders: We provide free medical examination.
