Photolithography & Ion Beam Etching Engineer (New College Graduate/Fresh Graduate)

• Operate and maintain photolithography and ion beam etching equipment
• Conduct process monitoring, troubleshooting, and data-driven analysis
• Assist in process improvement, development, and automation projects
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the engineering team
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and safety protocols
• Collaborate across departments including RD, automation, and equipment teams

• Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of microfabrication, lithography, and etching processes
• Familiarity with vacuum systems, thin film technologies, and surface analysis
• Exposure to digital tools, AI applications, or automation projects during college (e.g., smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, data visualization)
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is a plus
• Proficient in using data for process control and optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

• Other Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or similar
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and shifting schedule, if required
• Highly collaborative with strong communication and documentation skills
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and digital technologies
