Job Description
Be part of our client''s team as an Information Security Manager , spearheading the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies and controls. Your role includes training IT employees, ensuring the confidentiality and availability of our information assets, managing security incidents, and proactively addressing gaps. You''ll also design security awareness programs, assess risks, and collaborate on business continuity strategies. Embrace challenges with confidence, as you safeguard our systems and support a dynamic remote workforce.

Work Setup: Hybrid (Ortigas/Makati)
What awaits you in this role?
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security-related policies, requirements, minimum standards, and controls with supporting processes, procedures, and registers to ensure organization-wide compliance with local and international regulatory authorities.
  • Train, mentor, and align IT employees on relevant policies.
  • Preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Emapta''s information assets.
  • Design and execute security incident response processes, facilitating the investigation and management of security incidents.
  • Compile reports on incidents that require attention from Management and Clients.
  • Identify and report gaps and deficiencies in security design and infrastructure to Management.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization in compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and assist in implementing security awareness programs and training.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on security risks and threats to Emapta across EOS Emapta.
  • Assume responsibility for Emapta''s Information Security, including system security, infrastructure security, desktop security, perimeter security, network security, information security, endpoint security, remote access security, physical security, etc., consistently assessing and evolving these aspects.
  • Ensure that security solutions and support remain current, effective, and aligned with Emapta''s risk and threat profile.
  • Lead security assessments, such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, red teaming, DDoS testing, etc., for internal and external systems.
  • Assist in projects providing advisory services for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, developing plans and procedures to meet IT-related business requirements.
  • Design and implement an Identity Access Management Solution for the organization.
