The analyst will complete activities associated with providing the 24/7/365 operations required to maintain Manulifes infrastructure and IT services by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing events and incidents and completing service requests and BAU tasks. As part of a 24/7/365 operation, this is an Office based shift role.

Shift patterns are based on 11-hour shifts alternating between early and night shifts. Shift patterns may change or revert to 8-hour shifts as management and business needs change. Minimum Requirements to Hire: EDUCATION: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/1-year completed in a Bachelor''s program with relevant work experience of at least 2 years; Bachelor''s Degree holders are welcome to apply EXPERIENCE: 1- 3 years of relevant experience SCHEDULE: 24x7 rotating shift LOCATION: Amenability to work in U.P. Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City WORK ARRANGEMENT : Full Onsite Set-up Minimum Skills to Hire: 1 to 3 years experience in supporting applications in production environments running on Linux or Windows.
