Description

  • The Direct eCommerce Operations Specialist is responsible for communication with service providers, coordination of Supply Chain activity and execution of reporting and payment processing tasks.


    • Role/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the success of direct eCommerce and Oneprint model for assigned geography (North America, EMEA and WW eventually)Develops the Direct eCommerce and Oneprint Operations / Process. Ownership of the process and the responsibility for continuous improvement
  • Define and execute strategies to ensure the success of direct eCommerceCommunication with Fulfillment, Payment Collection and Customers Support PartnersSupply Chain Operations and Logistics Activity CoordinationConducts Inventory checks and Stocks rotations / managementCoordinates Returns and process reconciliation
  • Develop, measure, track and report on success metrics for the end-to-end processDevelops and Create Sellout Report/sDevelops process metrics
  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues related to the end-to-end processPayment Processing Provider ActivityManage Merchant AccountsCoordinate Disputes (Process Refunds)

    • Years of experience
