At HANSAmed, Citagenix we are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist who will l interact with current clients while also prospecting new clients to support our outside sales team. As a specialty pharmaceutical and medical device distributor, we are committed to providing exceptional service to the thousands on dental and oral surgery clinics in the US and Canadian market place. This is a hybrid role working out of our Wixom Michigan location. Customer Engagement Specialist Career opportunity We are seeking a dedicated person with a positive enthusiastic attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is successful and passionate with generating new business. Our culture thrives on dynamic collaboration of teamwork. This role will work in Michigan and support our Canadian Head office in Mississauga. The successful candidate will have exceptional sales passion, strong relationship building, exceptional customer services skills, great administrative skills and thrive working with other team members in various departments. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 + years with a proven record in sales, customer service and ideally the Dental or pharm industry. Key Responsibilities include : Relationship builder, patient, able to multi- task, provide exceptional customer service, continue to be a brand champion and a great representative of our product services. Call current clients to ensure exceptional customer service provided and seek new business opportunities providing clients a variety of products from our suite. Update all contact information with current customer information within our CRM system Manage existing and new contracts with customer base Inform clients of promotions and upcoming events Communicate with representatives and clients in regard to orders and returns Adjust sales scripts and approach to better service the needs of customers Process web and client orders in Canada. Initiate outbound calls to current clients to verify product needs Initiate outbound calls to non-clients to generate leads and opportunities Ability to deal with high volume of requests, calmly and resolve any issues presented. Other duties may be required Required Competencies Organized, self-starter, and detail oriented Excellent communication skills, written and spoken Excellent phone manner Familiarity and/or able to work with SAP or equivalent CRM system Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Works well independently and within a team environment Inside sales, customers service or account executive roles, working in fast paced environment.
