| We are looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer. - The designer will be responsible for creating design and branding solutions that have a high visual impact. The work demands in-depth knowledge of industry software and an extremely professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. - This position will report to the Associate Director of the Marketing Communications team, but will also work directly with other individuals in the communications team and other Dasra verticals. Role and Responsibilities : - Lead the design team at Dasra - Provide leadership and mentoring to junior level design resources - Supervise interns, junior designers, assign tasks, oversee and coach on the creative process, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects - Liaison with multiple external vendors to execute design related task - Conceptualize and execute campaigns from start to end - Creatively seek out new products and formats and maintain cutting-edge industry knowledge - Design Dasras external facing collaterals such as research reports, presentations, brochures, invites and other print material - Maintain brand consistency across all platforms - Execute designs that align to the creative direction provided - Create templates or adapt to an existing template - Offer new ideas and concepts clearly and effectively - Support the different departments and larger Communications team with creative content - Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion - Proactively recommend and communicate creative communications for the various verticals within Dasra - Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts - Proficient in designing print and digital catalogues, report design, creating web banners, update website, create e-mailers and other creatives needed for the web - Must be a great communicator of ideas and collaborative approach The ideal candidate will have : - 7-8 years of work experience with a design firm, with team management experience. Experience in the social sector is preferred but not necessary - Experience in designing ui/ux - Expertise in designing for new media - Knowledge of HTML coding - Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, developing and executing end to end creative campaigns and projects. - Creative, original with a strong visual sense - Must have a strong interest in design trends and social sector - Execute requirements for visual design including website designs, graphics for websites, PowerPoint, brochures, etc - Confidence, to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues - The Adobe suite with knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop - Should understand the importance of timelines and deliverables - Should be able to communicate and work with the larger team - Be meticulous when it comes to attention to detail In the additional documents, please upload a sample of your work.
