Were looking for software engineers to join our Android teams. You will help shape the future of Hotfoots products on the Android platform to modern app standards, high quality and backed by best in the industry engineering. Our current android engineering team have end to end ownership and ability to influence the product. Responsibilities : - Work with our product team to build exciting new features for our customers - Make technology and design decisions to deliver a fast, secure and usable app - Work with the back-end team to define needs and APIs that will provide the best user experience - Create beautiful UI and intuitive UX that will delight users - Work with QA team in analyzing and resolving issues/defects - Work with release engineering team in app deployment activities - Implement unit test cases as part of new feature development The developer in this role must have prior expertise in Android development. We are interested in those who match or closely match the following credentials - B.E in Computer Science, Engineering related field and/or equivalent work experience - Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in a technical position with the implementation and utilization of application development - Minimum of 1 year of experience in design and development of Android applications - Excellent knowledge about Java programming language and OOP. - Ability to convert functional requirements into user interface designs and prototypes, and developed application(s) . Must possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to work well solo and in a project team environment - Excellent client facing experience e.g., product demos, requirements gathering, definition of technology needs and application design - Enthusiasm for technology with pulse on current trends and technologies in the area of mobile application development - Dedication to continued learning and growth within mobile application technologies (ref:hirist.com) |
