Company Overview : - A pioneer in bringing order to the largely unorganized transportation industry in India - 1000 strong BlackBuckers - Presence in over 200 locations across India - 100 clients onboard - Operating as a seamless organization - In numbers, In passion, In clarity, In simplicity, By Talent - By far the leading tech-enabled logistics company in India Roles and Responsibilities : - You will be working as part of a team, as an independent contributor and also will be mentoring 2-3 juniors in the team - Owns 2-3 modules of the product end to end, will be responsible for designing solutions and breaking into components, and delivering independently / with help of 1-2 juniors in the team - Perform Code reviews, Design reviews and collaborate in setting up guidelines at the organizational level - Contribute in requirements gathering phase, by providing appropriate feedback to the Product Management team, as required - Support Technical leadership to be able to evaluate, provide appropriate feedback for the junior team members. - Be part of interview panel and help in the induction process for new joinees Competencies : - Should have atleast 2-3 years of experience working in web domain - Should have atleast 2-3 years of experience with scripting languages - Should have atleast 2-3 years of experience working in Startups - Should be comfortable working with source control repositories like GIT, SVN - Should be comfortable with design and concepts of one of the relational database systems - Should be able to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions - Should be a team player, and be able to mentor 1-2 juniors in the team - Experience working in LAMP stack is a plus - Experience with front end technologies is a plus - Experience with no sql databases is a plus - Experience in Solr / Elastic Search is a plus - Experience with Rest API is a plus - Experience working in Sprints,Agile methodology is a plus. Pre - Requisites(Qualification and Experience) : B.E/B.Tech from Tier I institute (ref:hirist.com)
