We have an Opening as Desktop Support Engineer at Mumbai. Please find the details below : Role : Desktop Support Engineer. Location : Mumbai Experience : 1-5 Years Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days. Job Description : 1. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk / Service Desk Technician or similar role with International Calling Experience. 2. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Windows OS environments, Microsoft Products (Office or Office 365, Outlook). Hands-on experience on internet/intranet and wireless Hands-on experience on working with AD, Distributions Lists and Security groups. 4. Hands-on experience on Browser and basic applications troubleshooting. 5. Hands-on experience on working with Malware issues. 6. Hands-on experience on working with Monitoring tools like Solar Winds, CISCO IPS (Firesight ). 7. Hands-on experience on working with VMWare VCenter, V Realize and troubleshooting VM related issues. 8. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products. 9.
