We are looking for smart, self-motivated software developers to join our truly exceptional development team. Good working TDD experience is essential for this role. The Role : - Our teams are cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous. No architects, project managers, or middle management. - Youll be working directly with our stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner. - This approach requires a huge amount of teamwork and maturity and is not right for everyone, but we believe its the best way to create great software. Pair Programming, TDD/BDD, Refactoring and Continuous Delivery are deeply embedded in our culture and were constantly striving to improve the way we work. Technologies we use : - Most of our stack is Golang/PHP/Javascript but we are using and investigating many other languages and technologies (e.g. Ruby, Python). - Wed be interested in candidates from any background as long as you have a keen understanding of Object Oriented languages. - We are open to new ideas, technologies, and tools. Were moving to lightweight, independent systems that use the right tools for the job. Here are some of the technologies we currently use : - Golang, PHP 7.x, Server-side JavaScript - Cucumber, Selenium, Cypress, PHPUnit, MochaJS - ReactJS - REST, OAuth - Git - SQL, NoSQL - ELK Stack, Kafka - Linux, Nginx - Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Note : Immediate joiners preferred. Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering from an ABET Accredited University program is required
Must successfully complete and pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening
12+ years’ experience in specialized discipline.
Experience designing and specifying HVAC and plumbing systems of various sizes and complexities
Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
Understanding and application of building, energy, and mechanical/plumbing codes.
