Hiring Service Engineering Manager II for UK based leading global content delivery platform company for their Bangalore team. Looking for experience in design software accordance with business requirement including testing. - Experience in maintain and operate the software in production environment. - Should be good at stakeholder management (Offshore/Onsite), strong customer facing skills, with a focus on customer success. - Experience delivering cross platform consumer services and software. - Drive continuous improvements in the overall Digital Service teams. - Develop a structured build and support model that continuously improves the quality and efficiency. Role : Service Engineering Manager II Java/J2EE/Spring Boot Experience : 13 Years Location : Bangalore Software engineering of applications : - Design software in accordance with business requirements - Develop software including testing - Maintain and operate the software in production environment - Strong customer facing skills, with a focus on customer success - Experience delivering cross platform consumer services and software - Drive continuous improvements in the overall Digital Service teams - Develop a structured build and support model that continuously improves the quality and efficiency. We are looking for following : - 13 years of relevant industry experience and a strong technology acumen coupled with excellent people management skills. - BTech (or an equivalent degree) in Computer Science. - Have worked with Jira, Confluence in previous projects. - Have hosted Agile ceremonies covering Stand-ups, Organized Retros, Refinement/Grooming Planning Session etc. - Comfortable working at all tiers of modern applications, from the front end all the way to the database. - Strategic thinker with strong operational, project management and technical skills combined with a demonstrated ability to deliver products with intentional and cohesive functionality; excellent usability and customer satisfaction; and high-scale, reliable, and secure performance. Skills : Java, J2ee, AWS, Nodejs, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Micro services, MongoDB, CI/CD, Platform Development and Support. What you will be doing : - Provide technical leadership to major projects, build and guide an engineering team of 10-15 top notch engineers - Chalk-out and implement the vision, technology roadmap and business goals - Ensure that the team optimizes codes while contributing to business goals and product strategies - Set up best practices for development and overlook its adoption - Architect and design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions What you should have : - Excellent leadership skills to manage and mentor teams - A deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set-up - Expertise in highly transactional, large relational and complex systems - Strong object-oriented design skills, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive modules and class-level interfaces - Superior management skills to manage multi-engineer projects and experience in delivering high quality projects on time - Strong technical competence with a track record of individual technical accomplishments (ref:hirist.com).. |
