As part of their continued growth, the CEO is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant (EPA)?someone with elite-level coordination, strategic acumen, and an instinct for proactive support.

What You?ll Be Trusted With

As the right hand to the CEO, you will be at the nerve centre of the organisation?s operations and executive decision-making.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO?s calendar, priorities, and engagements?with foresight and precision
  • Prepare high-level presentations, reports, briefing packs, and executive summaries
  • Coordinate board meetings, EXCO sessions, and strategic planning forums
  • Manage all internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion
  • Handle confidential and sensitive documentation, ensuring strict compliance with POPIA and governance protocols
  • Assist in project management and follow-ups to ensure delivery across leadership priorities
  • Maintain oversight of travel arrangements, reimbursements, event coordination, and logistical planning
  • Act as the interface between the CEO and the executive, academic, and operational stakeholders across the group
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and business efficiency

 

The Ideal Candidate

We?re looking for an elite-calibre Executive Assistant who can anticipate needs, solve problems, and enable the CEO to operate at their highest level.

 

Required:

  • A minimum of 5+ years in an executive support senior PA role, preferably within a corporate, education, or services-driven environment
  • Proven experience supporting CEOs or C-level executives
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills (business-level English)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, online meeting platforms, and document management tools
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

 

Beneficial:

  • A relevant financial or business qualification (e.g. BCom, Office Management with finance exposure)
  • Experience liaising with board members, regulators, and high-level stakeholders
  • Exposure to independent schools or education environments is a plus

What You'll Do:
