Your background:

• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment Industry or Relevant work experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach, offer and close.
• Experience with staffing companies, apprenticeships, or BPO hiring.
• Familiarity with NAPS/NATS or NSDC projects is a bonus.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters for large-scale hiring projects across blue-collar categories.
• Source candidates for blue-collar roles through field visits, job fairs, and local channels.
• Coordinate with job consultants, training partners, and campuses for manpower.
• Build sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referral programs)
• Liaise with clients to understand bulk hiring requirements, job specs, and timelines
• Ensure mobilization of candidates to client sites as per hiring targets.
• Support on boarding, joining formalities, and post-hiring follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate MIS, daily reports, and documentation.
• Handle escalations, reporting, and analytics
• Set daily/weekly performance targets for junior recruiters
• Train, mentor, and review junior recruiter performance

 

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in volume/bulk hiring
• Good local network for sourcing (camps, panchayats, NGOs, ITIs).
• Strong communication in local language + Hindi/English.
• Willingness to travel for field mobilization (if required).
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Demonstrate team handling skills
