Job Title: Test Engineer

Department: QA / Application Support

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Reporting To: QA Lead / Project Manager

Job Summary:

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring application quality through manual, API, and mobile testing (including Flutter apps for iOS and Android). You will support ticketing and operational workflows through the Digital Concierge (DC) platform, validate .NET-based APIs, manage master data, and collaborate across teams. A strong understanding of SQL and Azure DevOps is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct manual testing to ensure feature and functional compliance.

Perform API testing, including services developed using .NET.

Test mobile applications, particularly Flutter apps for iOS and Android.

Use SQL to validate data and perform backend verification.

Raise and resolve tickets via the Digital Concierge (DC) platform on behalf of users.

Handle user access provisioning, including role- and plant-based access.

Upload and manage master data as per project requirements.

Monitor and resolve issues related to operational modules on the Cogent server.

Activate/deactivate HSE tool access as needed.

Use Azure DevOps to track test cases, manage tasks, and support CI/CD processes.

Deliver user training sessions and coordinate with SPOCs for smoother operations.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user engagement.

Experience with manual and API automation testing.

Basic knowledge of role/access management tools.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and DC processes.

Ability to troubleshoot issues in coordination with tech and functional teams.

Organized and proactive in managing responsibilities and priorities.
