Title: Finance Operations Officer

Job Description:

We have an opening for a full time Financial Operations Associate in our Asset Owner Solutions (AOS) service line. This role requires a bachelor s degree or higher and/or prior work experience in financial operations. The Associate will work on one of our client service teams. The Associate will enter critical alternative investment information into our clients performance system. The Associate will ensure the information entered is reconciled, timely, and accurate. The Associate will also ensure high level customer service by answering questions thoroughly and in a timely manner and have a thorough understanding of the customized services provided to the clients.

In this role, you will be asked to:
  • Process transactions related to contributions, distributions, and valuations for alternative investments held by our clients
  • Prepare cash reconciliations as well as wires for cash movements

Reconcile agreed-upon metrics including unfunded, IRR, and MOIC

Qualifications/Requirements

Microsoft Suite experience, including use of Excel

Highly organized and proactive, with follow-through on commitments

Personal and professional integrity

Strong work ethic, responsiveness and passion for customer service and quality

Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to work with team members and manager remotely

  • Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback and review comments on work prepared

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance (or Accounting, Data Analytics, or other similar education)

  • 0-2 years work experience in Finance (or Accounting, Data Analytics, or other similar education)

Professional Engineer License
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and building load simulation programs (IESVE and Carrier HAP preferred)
