• Network Design & Implementation

  • Design and deploy scalable and secure network infrastructures tailored to organizational needs.

  • Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

• Network Monitoring & Performance Optimization

• • Continuously monitor network performance to ensure optimal system availability and reliability.

  • Identify and resolve network issues proactively to minimize downtime.

• Security Management

• • Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.

  • Regularly update security configurations to protect against emerging threats

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve network-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.

  • Utilize network diagnostic tools to identify and address performance bottlenecks.

• Network Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Perform routine maintenance, including software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.

  • Plan and execute network expansion projects to accommodate organizational growth.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.

  • Generate regular reports on network performance and incidents for management review.
